You may purchase merchandise from this web site by using any one of the currently offered payment options. Peak Inspiration dba Tahoe Dog Gear reserves the right to change its payment, return, exchange, warranty, and chew damage policies and procedures at any time without prior notice to you. 

Returns:

We accept a return for any product purchased through this website, provided that is still in new, unused condition, and includes the original tag. You will pay for the shipping of your returned item.

Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, contact us to make a return, and then place a new order for the items you would like. Your new order will go out immediately, then as soon as we receive the returned item, you will receive a refund (less shipping charges). You will pay for the shipping of your returned item.

Warranty:

Our products are made in the USA with high standards using quality materials and production. Our warranty covers flaws in workmanship and materials under normal use. It does not include chewing damage. Email us a picture of the damaged product for consideration of replacement with the same or comparable product.  

Chew Damage:

Dogs chew. They chew through bones, shoes, and furniture. They will also chew through leashes and other dog's collars when left alone. We will not warranty chewing damage.

Requests must be received by contact form below to be considered. All warranty and chewing damage requests should include photos, product name, size, and shipping address with the claim.

Sales Tax:

Peak Inspiration dba Tahoe Dog Gear charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this web site based on the California state sales tax rate when the order is being shipped within the state.

Shipping and Delivery:

At this time, Peak Inspiration dba Tahoe Dog Gear ships merchandise only to locations within the United States and not to international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. If your order includes “FREE SHIPPING”, that shipment will be sent via USPS First Class Mail or other means chosen by Tahoe Dog Gear.

Void Where Prohibited:
