Tahoe Dog Gear designed and handmade a special "I'm Rescued" dog collar available exclusively through the Humane Society of Truckee-Tahoe. Rescue a dog and get this exclusive dog collar.
Additionally, Tahoe Dog Gear donated 130 leashes ($3,500 in leashes) to the Humane Society of Truckee-Tahoe to help raise funds with their Balls in the Ruff Golf Tournament fundraiser!
The dog collars and leashes are handmade locally in Truckee and Tahoe City.
The custom quick-dry and super strong polyester webbing is sublimated. Michaela helps cut and burn the webbing and sort the hardware, and then our local seamstress Kariño completes the sewing.
Michaela is currently employed at the Humane Society of Truckee-Tahoe. Previously, Michaela had been a volunteer at the Humane Society of Truckee-Tahoe since 2014.
